This project highlights Reliable Truss' design and manufacturing capabilities. Seven different steel bearing elevations, three different roof pitches and varied eave conditions, and pitched and sloped sleepers for the valley set over-framing, were all iterated in the design cycles producing a system that did not require any field modifications. Not shown, but also integral to this project, was wood truss over-framing on the existing building which transitioned to the Light Gauge Metal Trusses on the new addition roof planes seamlessly. Both wood and metal trusses are designed and manufactured at Reliable's New Bedford, MA truss facility.
