This building is roughly 80'x140' with a center mechanical well of 20'x80'. By incorporating Light Gauge Metal Trusses designed by Reliable Truss to clear span from the mechanical well perimeter beam to the beam at the exterior wall and designed to act in a diaphragm capacity, over 9,500SF of metal decking was saved by not needing to sheath the entire roof level deck.
