October 2008, RELIABLE TRUSS AND COMPONENTS - New Bedford, MA welcomes Jerry Lowell as Director of Business Development for its commercial components division.

Jerry has extensive experience in the construction industry specializing in the panelized building systems. He has spent the past 40 years involved in both building development and design in constructing subdivisions, assisted living, apartment complexes, hotels, and condominium projects throughout New England and Florida.

For the last 6 years, Jerry has worked in the industry as a panelization building consultant. His most recent experience has been specializing in panelization where he saw a need for a more cost-efficient method of constructing projects using interior and exterior wall panel and floor panel systems, while also incorporating roof trusses to create a complete panelization package.

His prior industry experience consists of serving as President of International Contractors, Panelized Division in South County Rhode Island; President of Panelized Building Systems in New London, Connecticut; Owner/General Manager, Panel Division of Wickes Lumber in Hopedale, Massachusetts.

During his free time, Jerry is an avid drag racing enthusiast, as an owner/driver of Razorback Racing’s 1987 Buick Grand National V6 1,000 HP 8-second car.

In joining Reliable Truss and Components, Jerry’s vision is to bring his expertise and extensive knowledge of the complete panelization concept to owners, builders and developers creating more efficient and profitable projects.
